Payment

Payments are accepted in cash, check, Washington state medical coupons (Medicaid), Medicare and almost all private insurance plans. We're not set up to take credit cards at this time. We will bill your insurance company. The insurance companies require us to collect your co-payment at the time of your visit; please be prepared to provide it when we see you.

Please bring your insurance card or medical coupon, and a photo identification with you. If you have questions about our billing, please ask our receptionist.
